How to get to Aguas de Sao Pedro from Guarulhos International Airport (GRU):

- A taxi from the Airport to the Congress site (Congress Venue) is expensive.

- The Local Committee will organize transportation (buses or mini-vans) for participants.

- Send an email to epididymis5@eventus.com.br and inform your travel information (dates of arrival and departure, airline company and flight numbers), so the secretariat can assist you and confirm your name in one of our group transportation. The cost per participant will be informed in early October. Payment will be requested by the secretariat at your arrival in Aguas de Sao Pedro.

Transfers will be available:

October 24: from GRU airport to Travel Inn & Lodge Hotel (in Sao Paulo city)

October 25: from Travel Inn & Lodge Hotel to Aguas de Sao Pedro (at 10 am)
October 25: from GRU airport to Aguas de Sao Pedro (at 8:30 am, 10:30 am and 12:30 pm)

October 28: from Aguas de Sao Pedro to GRU airport and to Travel Inn & Lodge Hotel (departure at 14 pm)

- We advise all participants to plan their arrival at GRU airport on October 25th (no later than 10:30 am) to allow sufficient time for immigration and custom processing at the airport (at least 1:30 h) and also airport transit time between Sao Paulo and Aguas de Sao Pedro. Early morning flight arrivals will take into account the possibility of trafic delays that are frequent in Sao Paulo.
Águas de São Pedro is located 187 km (116 miles) from São Paulo city (approximately 3 hours driving).

- For those participants who are unable to arrive by 10:30 am on October 25th, arrival on October 24th is recommended. See information about hotel reservation at the Travel Inn & Lodge Hotel in Sao Paulo city (Hotel and Venue) or contact the secretariat (epididymis5@eventus.com.br) for further assistance.

IMPORTANT: for those who are planning to spend more time in Sao Paulo beyond the days of the meeting please be aware that November 4-7 is the Brazilian Gran Prix in Interlagos International Speed Way. Because of the extreme popularity of this event, accomodations, if available will be at a higher rate than usual and need to be confirmed in advance. Alternatively, one might consider arriving earlier to spend "tourist days" in the city prior to the Epididymis 5 meeting.
