Posters

-__All posters are required to be displayed throughout the meeting. Please, ensure that the posters
are placed on the boards on the first day of the meeting (Monday, Oct 25). You will be informed of your
poster number at the local secretariat in Grande Hotel Aguas de Sao Pedro.

-__Poster authors are required to be available for presentation of your poster during the following
scheduled poster sessions:

	Poster Session I (Tuesday Oct 26, 13:45 – 15:00 h)
		- Odd numbered posters presented
		- First authors are required to be present.
	Poster Session II (Wednesday Oct 27, 15:00 – 16:15 h)
		- Even numbered posters presented
		- First authors are required to be present.

- All trainees selected for oral communications should also have a poster displayed during the meeting.

- The presence of the presenting author near it, if possible, is kindly requested during lunches and coffee
breaks for discussion.

Poster Format

-__The regular poster size is 35.1 inches (width, 90 cm) by 50.7 inches (height, 130 cm). Please, do not
prepare a poster that covers the full area.

-__Author(s) and principal affiliations, with the presenting author named first.

- Make your poster legible from at least 2 meters away and do not provide an excess of information.

- It is useful to have available A4 photocopies of your poster for the audience.
